💰 Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This policy defines the conditions under which Global Project Ltd. accepts or does not accept returns and refunds concerning its products (electric vehicles, e-bikes, and accessories).
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to international trade standards.

2. Products concerned

This policy applies to all products sold by Global Project Ltd., including:

Electric vehicles 🛺
Electric bikes 🚲
Spare parts and accessories 🔩

3. Claim period

⏱️ Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Beyond this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

4. Eligibility conditions for reimbursement

A refund or replacement can only be granted if:

The product is defective upon receipt or does not conform to the order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
Photographic or video evidence of the defect is provided before any return.

Damage caused by misuse, improper transport, or product modification is not covered.

5. Return Procedure

📦 Wait for return authorization before sending anything.
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective upon receipt.

6. Reimbursement terms

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed:

💳 Via the same payment method used when placing the order.
⏳ Within a maximum of 10 to 15 working days after validation of the return.

7. Custom orders

Products manufactured or customized on request (e.g., marking, specific color, special order model) are neither returnable nor refundable, except in the case of a proven original defect.

8. Order Cancellation

Before shipment: ✅ Cancellation possible free of charge.
After shipment: 🚫 no refund, except by exceptional agreement from Global Project Ltd.
